Service (travel) fee; this covers the transportation and time costs incurred by the pro to review your request and reach your address. This fee is SEPARATE from the job cost itself (labor + materials).
Service fee is charged after the pro starts the "on my way" step. Fixed amount; clearly specified in the pro's offer or agreed upon with you.If you cancel the request before departure, no service fee will be charged.
Service charges are not applied to you as a SURPRISE. When creating a request, accepting an offer, or applying for a campaign, this charge is clearly indicated in advance and visibly. No departure and no charge occurs without your approval.
If both parties agree and the work is completed, whether the service fee is deducted from the work fee will be specified in the pro's offer. Even if the work is not completed, if the pro has started traveling, this fee may be valid as it covers transportation costs.
BOZFIX does not mediate this payment and does not take a share from it — the payment takes place directly between you and the pro. BOZFIX publishes this policy solely for transparency.
