Some platforms say "verified pro" but don't explain what they verify. We write it clearly — what we check, what we don't etmiyoruz.

✅ Approved — Pro application reviewed by our team: name, phone, work area and expertise registered. Cannot get jobs on platform without approval.

🪪 Identity Verified — The pro presented an ID document; information matches the records. (Without this badge, ID verification hasn't been completed yet.)

⭐ Puan — calculated ONLY from ratings of real jobs completed on the platform; outside reviews cannot be entered, one vote per job.

📜 Works under contract — Once you accept the offer, a bilateral, irreversible work contract (SHA-256 sealed) is created; scope changes can only be added with your approval.

🤝 Let's be honest: what DON'T WE CONTROL?

We don't test pro skill with exams — no platform can do that realistically. Instead we record the job itself:

Every job progresses with contract, photos, and timestamps;
You confirm delivery (3-item check + right of withdrawal);
All records in the dispute are ready — you open an appeal, it's reviewed within 48 hours;
Bad experience reflects in your rating and everyone sees it.

So trust not by saying "we checked it, trust us" — documenting every step kuruyoruz.
