The type, quantity, total sales price including all taxes, and (if applicable) delivery/installation fee of the product subject to sale are clearly shown in the order summary. The advertised prices are valid until updated.
Online payment (credit card/virtual POS) is NOT accepted on the BOZFIX platform. The product/service fee is paid between the parties OUTSIDE the platform (cash/transfer-EFT, etc.). Therefore, the order is finalized not when payment is made, but when delivery/payment agreement is reached with the seller.
The product is delivered by the contracted seller/store to the address specified during ordering; in-city deliveries may be delivered by the store's own service vehicle. The delivery time and any delivery fee are specified in the order summary.
The buyer has the right to withdraw without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the physical product. Withdrawal exceptions apply to personalized/custom-made products and items that cannot be returned due to their nature.
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce.
