This text applies to the sale of products and digital services (top-up) conducted via the internet, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The final terms of sale (product, quantity, amount) are presented for your approval at the order confirmation step.
Seller information (title, address, tax/MERSÍS no., contact) appears in the order confirmation step and on the invoice.

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of goods or digital services (top-up) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller via BOZFIX.com in electronic form, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
The type, quantity, and sale price (including VAT) of the product/service for sale, and if applicable, the delivery fee, are clearly shown in the order summary and payment step. Listed prices are valid until updated.
Online payment (credit card/virtual POS) is NOT accepted on the BOZFIX platform. Product/service payment is made directly between Buyer and Seller OUTSIDE the platform (cash/bank transfer etc.). BOZFIX does not mediate this payment, does not collect or hold it. The order is confirmed when both parties agree on delivery and payment.
Physical products: After order confirmation, the delivery is made by the contracted seller/store to the address specified during the order. For city deliveries, the product can be delivered by the store's own service vehicle.
Digital service (meter): It will be credited to your account when payment between the parties is confirmed.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the physical product, without providing reasons or paying penalties.
Exception: According to regulations; for digital content and services provided instantly in electronic format (including top-ups), the right to withdraw cannot be used once the service begins to be performed. Additionally, withdrawal right exceptions apply to custom-made or order-specific products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Panels and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Buyer, at the order confirmation step, must accept this agreement and Pre-Information Form Once you read and approve, the contract is considered concluded. For terms and conditions Terms of Use and Privacy Policy valid.
