These Terms of Use (Membership Agreement) regulate the rights and obligations between the platform operator providing services through bozfix.com and persons who are members of or use the platform (customers and pro providers/businesses).BOZFIX is an intermediary classified and information platform that connects customers with service providers.
BOZFIX is solely an intermediary listing/information platform. BOZFIX cannot be held responsible for the completion of work, quality of service, duration, payment and delivery between the customer and the service provider (pro/business), nor for any disputes that may arise between the parties.
The service agreement is concluded directly between the customer and the service provider. Payment of service fee directly between parties (cash/bank transfer/card — according to the parties' agreement) is completed.BOZFIX does not mediate job fees and does not take a share (commission) from the job fee.The service provider is responsible for issuing legal documentation (invoice/receipt) for completed work/goods.
The user accepts that the information provided during membership is accurate and current. Account security (password, etc.) is the user's responsibility. Misleading information, fake listings, or content that violates third-party rights are prohibited; BOZFIX reserves the right to remove or suspend such accounts and content.
Service providers can purchase credit (digital service fee) to use features on the platform such as viewing listings and submitting offers. Credit is a digital service; from the moment it is applied to the account and usage begins Non-refundable and outside the scope of withdrawal rights (Distance Contracts Regulation, exception for services provided electronically and performed instantly).Credit purchase is completed with the approval of the relevant Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form.
For products and services sold directly by the platform operator, the seller is the platform operator and invoices for these sales are issued by the platform operator. The applicable Distance Sales Contract and consumer regulations apply to the sale of these products.

The platform's software, design, and brand belong to the platform operator and cannot be used without permission. BOZFIX reserves the right to update these terms; the current text becomes effective as soon as it is published on this page. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the current terms.
